Every DESIRE, WILL, VISUALIZATION or INTENTION is the Fire element, or fire of fire. The beings of fire, the salamanders, respond to mastery of will.
Deep KNOWLEDGEabout what is willed, visualized or desired are manifestations of fire in the realm of the mind. Mind is the air element. Thoughts about will would therefore be warm air.
FLOWING FEELINGS of will and desire are manifestations of fire in the element of water. This is warm water.

Flowing feelings themselves are magnetic power. To control fire, feelings of courage, excitement, power, faith and strength are required.
To control water, feelings of flowing, fluidity and change are required.

If you wish to control fire, for example, first experience yourself as one with all that is, one with Divine Being Itself. Be at one with the fire. Praise the fire. This can be done in turn with air and the beings of the air which are known as sylphs; or water, and the beings of water known as undines; and earth, and the beings of earth known as gnomes, using appropriate will, visualizations, ideas, feelings, emotions, and sensations for each.
The manifestation of anything using the elements can also be accomplished in this way personally by invoking the spirits of the elements to help you.

In meditating on this virtue, first experience yourself as pure being at one with Divine Being and all creation, then see yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus with the rest of the body as an infinite swirling universe all around you. Meditate with focus on high inspiration from Divine Mind. Do this with a sensation of warmth and fire filling the body. See a brown black color shining forth from a tiny sun in the head region. Hear the musical note of F and feel yourself having mastery over all the elements. Feel this radiance creating and sustaining the right kidney.With the out breath, see and feel this radiance passing through the pores of the skin over the right kidney and filling the outer universe.On the in breath, sense this radiance coming back in through these pores and filling the body.
Keep the rhythm of the breath natural as you perform this mediation to prevent breathing disorders, and dissolve the brown black light in the head when you are finished to protect the natural balance of elements in the body.

A.The second step is immersion into the highest wisdom. This sound, the soft ahhhh of a sigh, is the sound of the highest wisdom and enlightenment that can be endowed to a child of Divine Being. This virtue gives intellectual clairvoyance, clairaudience, eloquence, musical and artistic gifts. The color is light blue, the sensation is ease, the musical note is G, and the part of the body that is formed by this virtue is the lungs. When a person unites in meditation with this virtue, mind becomes impregnated with the purity of all ideas in their original form. On the physical plane, this virtue gives control over the spirits of the air and the gift of levitation.

This all-power is to be understood substantially, whereas omnipotence is to be regarded as the highest divine virtue.With all-power you get into contact with the most subtle substance of the divine spirit, i.e., with the original divine fire which works as a substantial power in everything that has been created by Divine Providence.Omnipotence, on the other hand, is manifested in the original idea as the original virtue of the first divine principle in all the kingdoms and in everything that has been created.

In this second to the last degree of Leo, the element of water is mastered, since water is analogous to flowing feelings.
Flowing feelings are the principle of change. They are magnetism and attraction. Flowing feelings attract new realities into physical manifestation, so TO MANIFEST ANYTHING ON THE PHYSICAL PLANE, ESPECIALLY HEAVEN, MASTERY OVER FEELINGS AND THE WATER ELEMENT ARE REQUIRED.
Feelings are like water.Both stay pure by flowing freely.Flowing and fluidity brings change. When people master their own feelings by mastering the principle of flowing, fluidity and the change process, they become masters of the beings of the waters, the undines.
Many books are being written now on the importance of flowing feelings in the process of change and manifestation.We are specifically inspiring people at this time to learn that feelings attract and magnetize into form situations that resonate to their frequency.For this reason, it is vitally important that feelings be kept healthy and positive, and especially that

Feelings of supreme divine happiness create cohesion.Happy feelings reveal solutions to any and all problems. Feelings of the seventh heaven of delight are the sign of spiritual maturity.

If feelings are negative, we teach how they can be transformed and transmuted by releasing them to flow with praise, respect, thanksgiving and love. By flowing in a loving, safe and nondestructive way, negative feelings change and become positive. Feelings, like water, are intelligent, and in the presence of praise, respect, thanksgiving and love they heal themselves
and become divine once again. As feelings heal, they attract insights about the nature of what caused them to be negative in the first place, so that wisdom, forgiveness, and compassion are gained.
Without negative feelings, it would be difficult to learn from mistakes, so negative feelings make an important contribution to the process of spiritual growth.
When any feelings, especially negative ones, are not allowed to flow, if they are denied, suppressed, or bypassed, etc., they stagnate just like water stagnates when it is not allowed to flow.Stagnate feelings are toxic and poisonous and become unconscious and then store themselves as tension in body tissue. In this unconscious form they suppress the immune system, causing disease, and attract self-defeating situations into form on an unconscious level.On the other hand, if negative feelings are acted out in destructive manners, the trauma that is caused by these destructive acts creates more negative feelings.Therefore, the only way to transform and heal negative feelings is to FEEL THEM IN LOVING, SAFE AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE WAYS.
Negative feelings attract negative situations whether or not they are conscious or unconscious. When they are unconscious, it is impossible to heal them, for they must be consciously felt to change. For this reason, when negative feelings spontaneously arise in any situation, it is a
wonderful opportunity to heal them.
Negative feelings must first of all be loved with unconditional all-encompassing love, for love creates transmutation. Loving these wounded feelings is acknowledging them for allowing you to have experiences that encouraged you to reach for spiritual justice, light, understanding and growth.These negative feelings encouraged you to gain wisdom, and compassion for others. It is when we experience hurt that we learn how important harmlessness is. Loving these feelings validates the inner wounded child that experienced emotional traumas that created these feelings.
Allow feelings to flow in a safe and non-destructive way. Use eye movement, moving the eyes back and forth, right to left to right to left, over and over again to shift emotional energy back and forth between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.In this way they purify and cleanse themselves and become positive more quickly.It is helpful to use eye movement, moving the eyes back and forth, right to left and back again, over and over at any speed that is comfortable, while feeling through feelings. This shifts feeling energy back and forth between the two sides of the brain and allows it to process.This is exactly what happens each night during dreaming.
Often if negative feelings are very negative and painful, then as they flow, they awaken a memory of their origin.Their origin is found in a painful traumatic event earlier in life. When this memory is remembered, give it a name and make a picture that represents it in your imagination, like a photograph in a scrapbook, of this old painful event.
Now live and relive this memory from beginning to end, feeling all the feelings each time.You will see that the feelings change.They become less upset the more you feel them. Also, important new insights into what happened and why occur.As feelings flow, and as new insights shed light on the original wounding event, a person begins to see and understand the event from an adult or Divine Self level instead of the original level of the frightened helpless child or younger person that they were at the time.
Now, as an adult re-experiencing the memory, restructure the event by speaking and listening to the other people involved in the memory. Ask any questions that you would have liked to ask at the time, be sure to listen to the reply, or say anything that you wished that you could have said. Call in Divine Providence or the heavenly hosts, and ask them to help and heal with
Love Divine with any frustrating double binds, such as poverty, alcoholism, relationship difficulties, accidents, etc., that may have triggered the traumatic event in the first place.
Take the visual images of this happening and use it as a new photograph of the memory.
Take this new photograph of the memory and, in your imagination, merge or push together this new healed 'photo' into the old one that you made earlier.Watch what happens to the old photograph of the memory when you merge the new one into it.The original photo changes in a positive way.
A memory is made up of only three things:feelings, thoughts, and pictures. All of these have now changed. This new changed memory will now be the one that you remember whenever you think of this event in your past.New cellular memory is now in place.
Remember that when feelings are positive, it is the law of the universe that a situation will be attracted into manifestation that vibrates with a similar positive frequency.
When flowing feelings of supreme happiness are felt with great enthusiasm, heaven itself is attracted into manifestation.
Master the element of water, of feelings, and then it is possible to heal diseases, control rain, and perform all manner of miracles through magnetism.
The human body is almost 80 percent water; by changing the frequency of this water in self and others through praise, respect, thanks and love, and with flowing feelings of divine virtues, instantaneous healings are possible.
It is possible to impregnate even large bodies of water so that all life forms connected to it are healed and blessed.

Note: In my experience the time it takes for help to come from the heavenly hosts on a specific issue can range from instantly to decades.I have found that it is important to address the issue of timing with the angels when request for help is made.If it is very important to me for help to be accomplished within a certain time frame,I have to let that be known to the angels in the beginning.I have found that vague asking equates to
vague receiving.
The angels' notion of time is unlike our own.They are ancient and immortal and a thousand years to them can be a second to us and vice versa. I have noticed that even when I ask for something to be done in a certain period of earth time, it still can take much longer or much shorter than I had imagined.I have had instantaneous results, like once when I had an emergency and I called for their help.It took about 10 seconds. [Which, under the circumstances, seemed like an eternity anyway.]
I have learned that when the results are taking a very long time, I can speak to them in my prayers about this and ask them to speed things up. They always do, but sometimes I have to ask a few more times and state how important it is to me in no uncertain terms.Secondly, it is important to learn surrender of control.As they change my life and my consciousness, surrender is of the utmost importance.When I ask them to speed things up, sometimes the changes are drastic and I have to be very flexible to embrace them.Oftentimes they see a solution that I might not see, and I have to be willing to let their judgment take control over any solutions that I might have desired originally.
Clear requests, faith and surrender of control, are all skills that I have found to be absolutely necessary.There are specific angels who help with each of these skills.I have learned to ask as it often does notwork very well for me when I try to do it by myself.Jesus said, "I of myself can do nothing, it is the Father within, it is HE that doeth the works."
