Welcome to Crystal and Chakra Light classes. It is here where you will know how to cleanse, charge and program your crystals to your own energy vibration.
Properties and uses of each crystal, and how each crystal will benefit your chakra center. We will focus on the 8 major chakra energy centers. The chakras are pure energy centers that run our physical body, mind, soul here on Earth. The are hundred of chakras in our body, however we will focus on the 8 major chakras for grounding and harmonizing the body with heaven and Earth. Aligning the male and female energy from the left to right of our bodies.
The vibration of each crystal and its energy strength for unblocking the flow of energy from each chakra. Each crystal has a vibration and frequency that corresponds to the astrological signs and to the sound of or bodies. When a chakra center is blocked we have a tendency to resonate more with one crystal over the other. This is our innate ability to self-healing.
The crystals have the ability to restore your energy centers and reconnect you with mother Earth through grounding, centering, clarity, focus, health and well-being.
Meditation with Crystals
Your activities will be around meditation and magnetizing the crystals with your own energy field. We will try various exercises of meditation, breathing, sound, and color to enhance your results at an optimum level of healing. Each crystal will serve a purpose and all 8 crystals, working together, will radiate at its optimum and omnipresent level in the highest vibration.
Manifestation
You will gain insight into your own abilities to manifest, and what it is you truly desire and want out of life. The clarity you seek will lead you to your right purpose or plan here on Mother Earth. You will sense calmness, direction, inspiration and motivation to carry out those task, goals, and passions you have hidden inside of you waiting to exhale and bring out into the world. A sense of self-love, love for others, your planet and your brothers and sisters here on Earth. Your energy will be amplified and magnified from balancing the equilibrium from these exercises. Your true connection will be participating with your world.
Protection
Understanding how crystals can protect you from outside chemicals, pollutants, negativity and outside influences that can and will affect your state of mind and your state of being. Its about living in the moment, attracting love, joy, abundance, peace and harmony in your life and around you.
