Welcome to Crystal and Chakra Light classes. It is here where you will know how to cleanse, charge and program your crystals to your own energy vibration.
Properties and uses of each crystal, and how each crystal will benefit your chakra center. We will focus on the 8 major chakra energy centers. The chakras are pure energy centers that run our physical body, mind, soul here on Earth. The are hundred of chakras in our body, however we will focus on the 8 major chakras for grounding and harmonizing the body with heaven and Earth. Aligning the male and female energy from the left to right of our bodies.
The vibration of each crystal and its energy strength for unblocking the flow of energy from each chakra. Each crystal has a vibration and frequency that corresponds to the astrological signs and to the sound of or bodies. When a chakra center is blocked we have a tendency to resonate more with one crystal over the other. This is our innate ability to self-healing.
The crystals have the ability to restore your energy centers and reconnect you with mother Earth through grounding, centering, clarity, focus, health and well-being.
Meditation with Crystals
Your activities will be around meditation and magnetizing the crystals with your own energy field. We will try various exercises of meditation, breathing, sound, and color to enhance your results at an optimum level of healing. The Kabbalah work will also be limited in size just as the Crystal Classes are. Kabbalah is very intense work and daily meditations are essential. There will be zero tolerance for wiggle room on Kabbalah classes, which is to YOUR benefit.
