Our emotional bodies are our water bodies … physicians have done studies of people with multiple personality disorder who exhibit symptoms of diseases in one personality which completely clear in another personality.Water is over 60% of our body and how we feel and how we send love to ourselves and others determines how our molecules within our own bodies form, shape, and interact with each other. We humans have well-developed intellectual bodies and physical bodies.Our emotional bodies are lagging behind.In the past, it served us not to cry when the lion was killed because we needed to eat to survive and time spent crying was time that not only was used energies, it was also time which we could endanger our very lives.
This is no longer the case.We are now at a point in our evolution where it has become very important for us to clear our emotions.This is not difficult.It simply means we feel all our feelings.We stop whatever we are doing when an emotion overcomes us, and we feel all those feelings all the way through until we are clear.This means cry all the tears, feel the fear, feel the feelings completely because once they are completely felt all the way through on the other side there is only love.
