There are seven primary levels, or chakras, within the body. Each corresponds to a different aspect or level of reality.
Right or wrong use of the life force at every level and at all times depends upon the unique path of each person according to his/her inner guidance at each decision point in life.
Usually it is true to say that when a decision feels joyful and is the highest good of all concerned, the impulse is good for that person at that juncture and can be followed in a way that fullfills divine law.
Guidance is given in the moment, and whatever is right at one time may no longer be best at a later time. The use of sexual energy is determined in the moment by the inner guidance of the heart which is attuned to Divine Providence.
The sexual energy storehouse that dwells within the human body temple at the level of the base chakra is designed to travel up the spine to energize and nourish the seven chackras and their corresponding glandular ganglias. When sexual energy stimulates these glands, they secrete powerful chemicals into the body that alter consciousness in a divine way, stimulate the immune system and bring about youth and vitality.
Sexual energy expresses itself at the first chackra by creating physical security and energizing/exhilarating the five senses.
The second chakra is the level of relationship. Divine relationships are nurtured here.

We teach partners how to interact in relationships so that each person sees and reflects the presence of Divine Being in each other. Continuing to see divine qualities in the lover is the essence of staying in love. The truth is that if two lovers ever once felt the spark of being in love, that love connection is never lost, but experientially may seem to be gone when muddied by painful feelings. In practical terms, once painful feelings are triggered, clearing feelings to resolution quickly is thus the key to staying in love, and to reawakening loving feelings as strongly as ever. Clearing emotions is also the key to maintaining deep love, strong sexual libido, and longevity. Feelings are the water element and must flow freely to stay pure and clean. The third chakra (solar plexus) is the seat of will power and self determination. Accordingly, when a person's will and power to serve the highest good is to be strengthened, sexual energy is brought into the stomach and lower back area to energize the adrenal glands and create security and power.
Tiredness frequently results when a person's willpower is blocked. This tiredness is often related to tremendous amounts of energy being used to suppress feelings of frustration and anger concerning blocks to self-determination. When this is the case, paradoxically, the most efficient way to re-energize is by very actively, even vociferously, expressing suppressed emotion in a non-destructive way, not by resting, as is commonly thought. Instead of further depleting energy, this emotional unblocking heals the emotions, brings insights that allow the reclaiming of personal power and sovereignty, and restores the flow of sexual energy to higher centers. Try screaming your frustration into a pillow! Sexual energy coursing through this chakra harmonizes a person’s personal power to his or her omnipotent Divine Essence with attunement to the highest good of all concerned.
In the fourth (heart) chakra, when the seeker is ready to experience the ecstasy of flowing feelings of divine love and devotion, sexual energy courses up the spine and opens doors to the cosmic ocean of feelings of unconditional, all-encompassing love.
When the heart is closed, drawing up the sexual, (kundalini) energy to the level of the heart is one of the best methods to reawaken the heart (in cases of numbing out). Losing the ability to love is an issue of spiritual life or death, so extreme measures may be taken by the higher self to counteract chronic dead-ening of the heart. Often times the higher self may use loss and grief to open the heart whenever someone loses the heartfelt, feeling sense, especially when other avenues to re-open the heart have been ineffective.
Many means to heal and open the heart exist. For some people the heart opens in the security of loving a beloved pet. The primary key is to embrace wounded feelings concerning love, especially early ones from conception, prenatal and birth times. The cells remember any negativity felt by the parents during conception, or any painfully traumatic times for mother or child during gestation. These and birth traumas undermine a person’s ability to trust, bond, and feel safe not only at the time, but for ever afterwards until these cellular memories are healed. Ask to remember and the cells respond. Trust the feelings that come up. With deep empathy for the tiny infant that you were, allow the feelings to flow with respect and caring. It is amazing how the feelings do heal and change in the presence of flowing and empathy, opening the heart to trust and love again.
At the level of the fifth (throat ) chakra, when a person desires to create or communicate, the throat is energized and the thyroid, vocal cords, and parathyroid are stimulated. We teach how to communicate, not just verbally and intellectually
but also emotionally, the language of intimacy flowing from the heart as well as the higher centers of wisdom and oneness with Divine Being.
At the level of the sixth chakra, the "third eye," as a person's heart guides them to remain intellectually young and vigorous even into very old age, we teach them ways to increase their sexual life force energy and draw it up the spine to this chakra to awaken wisdom and intellect.
When a person is ready to join their personal consciousness with Divine Consciousness, life force goes to the crown chakra, and stimulates the pineal gland. This gland produces over 20,000 neuropeptides that are powerfully psychoactive and lead to ecstatic union with The Divine. Optimal intellectual acuity, enlightenment, ecstasy and increased libido are just some of the benefits that result from these hormonal secretions.
The pineal is the Cave of Brahman referred to in ancient literature as the seat of immortality.

By the help of this a person gets to know all the possibilities of transformation of the spirit, all the systems and ways serving this end, and all knowledge concerning transformation in all other fields. He/she is informed about everything that, deriving from the act of creation, had to pass through all the mode of transformation to be reunited.

Mentally, you will have an eminent mind and the feeling of freedom of will and action. Not only this, but also the state of maturity in which you will never violate a law, having yourself become a master of all laws. In spite of your freedom of will, you will find yourself willing to subject yourself freely to Divine Providence, and accept missions to serve Divine Providence with deep humility, immense gratitude and the highest devotion without losing your feeling of absolute freedom of will in any way. The color of this virtue is gold, the musical note is C, the primary element is air so it is felt with a sensation of ease, and the left side of the nose is formed from it. All air element virtues are to be seen as a sun shining in the lungs, so see a golden sun shining in the lungs. S… The sound of this letter is initiation into all-penetrating power, all-power. This all-power is quantitative in form in comparison to omnipotence, the letter K, which is qualitative in form.
With all-power, a child of God gets into contact with the most subtle substance of the divine spirit, i.e., with the original divine fire, or divine will, which works as a substantial power in everything that has been created by Divine Providence. Oneness with all-power gives mastery over the fire principle of desire and will and brings about a state of clairvoyance in its purest form.

‘In the intellect, this virtue awakens remarkable inventive faculties and memory. When a person chooses the path of consciously mastering sexual energy, the heavenly hosts awaken high levels of inspiration, so that ingeniousness removes all obstacles.
In meditating on this virtue, see yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus with the rest of the body as an infinite swirling universe all around. Especially important are emotional traumatizations during conception, prenatal development and birth that remain in cellular memory attracting havoc for the rest of life on an unconscious level. As the old wounded images, thoughts and feelings are healed and replaced with new positive insights, visions, thoughts and feelings, immortality can once again manifest in the cells of the physical body.
The underlying difficulty for most people has been numbing out. Because of the rapid pace of life, accelerated rate of change with attendant loss and wounding, and resultant pressure to adapt to sudden reversals, vast numbers of people have had to deaden themselves to their painful emotions, or turn to substance use or other coping measures.
Numbing out to pain means deadening to loving feelings also.
Insensitivity to the partner, "emotional novocaine," resulting in emotional "bull in china closet" syndrome, has made partners feel unsafe and at risk when opening to the deep loving feelings of the inner child.
The truth is that establishing a safe and supportive environment for love to flourish requires skills that many people have never seen modeled and did not grow up with.
For example, set aside time for at least one session every week, in which you and your partner look closely at all your feelings in a safe context. Spend an hour letting your mate tell you honestly, without interruption or judgement, what is really going on with them inside their hearts. Then, take your turn, and express your own feelings, with the same safety and respect. Feelings have different laws than thoughts. Feelings often have deep roots in the past, and seem irrational to present time analysis.
If deep tears, or anger, or fear comes up, this is the healing process in its most intense and fruitful phase. Do not interrupt or try to "fix it" when your partner breaks down and allows strong feelings flow. Let these intense feelings flow. It is their flowing that is the healing process that "fixes" them. Feelings change when they flow. Feelings are the water element, and like water, when they flow freely they stay clean and pure. When feelings flow, high inspiration and healing insights occur in the final stages. That is why healing must come from within a person. Advice from the outside, no matter how well intentioned, can never replace the profound insights that come from within. Advice from the outside usually interrupts the flowing of emotions and the natural process of healing inspiration from within.
Invoke grace and mercy and allow negative emotions to run their course through honest expression safely, lovingly, and non-destructively. When positive feelings are expressing, they become even more beautiful. It takes personal mastery to stay in a calm place, visioning the final healing outcome and facilitate one’s own or a loved one’s emotional healing process. This mastery reveals how beautifully the healing process works and how it comes about naturally when allowed to flow in a safe way.
Learning new methods for overcoming emotional wounding and reawakening the pure inner child requires a belief that this is possible. It also requires a commitment to uncover traumas which seemed safely buried and forgotten.
The main change in consciousness required is a paradigm shift from resisting "negative" feelings and reacting against them as the enemy to be overcome to approaching all feelings with unconditional love and mercy.
In the past, fear of negative emotions has seemed so overpowering—like fear of the unknown—that emotions have seemed unconfrontable. Every attempt has been made to dampen down uncomfortable feelings and "make them go away." People were afraid of what they might do if they allowed themselves to feel their deepest pain.
Even people on the spiritual path used meditational techniques to “bypass” or disassociate from their wounded emotional nature. This has resulted in people with multiple selves, some parts of the self being very high and beautiful and others perhaps scared, insecure, or angry. When a part of the emotional nature is denied to the point of being out of awareness, it cannot be healed. When negative emotions are triggered, a goldmine of healing awaits. Negative emotions should be mercifully loved as one would love a small upset child, and encouraged to flow in grace until they are healed.
Efficient methods to transmute pain, re-establish childlike openness and vulnerability, and to resolve relationship issues, are the key to balancing male and female energies on earth.
Emotions are the flowing magnetic feminine energies of the heart. These energies are magnetic and attract new realities into physical manifestation. Therefore they must be healed, not suppressed, for the earth to see the light of perfection.
Emotions must not be buried; they must not be judged. They must be allowed out into the light of day without shame or condemnation. People who love emotions and learn how they heal, no longer fear the Divine Feminine. By becoming one with the virtue of justice, the power of creativity of the word is always used according to the absolute legality of harmony.
Divine justice in the physical level evokes situations which bring about absolute success and happiness in every respect. The child of God mastering this virtue learns to understand, and eventually control completely, the working and functioning of the electromagnetic fluid, which is the will and the emotions, in the human body and material world, and in their relation to the higher spheres. Endowed with this ability, a child of God becomes perfect master of astrophysics and metaphysics.

T … The sound of the letter T in the ancient language is the divine virtue of high inspiration with all the legal matters of this principle.
In the intellect, this virtue awakens remarkable inventive faculties and memory. When a person chooses the path of consciously mastering relationships, the heavenly hosts awaken high levels of inspiration, so that ingeniousness removes all obstacles.
In meditating on this virtue, see yourself as a tiny dot in your solar plexus with the rest of the body as an infinite swirling universe all around. Meditate in a deep Theta brainwave state [deep inner thought] on high inspiration from Divine Mind shining with a sensation of warmth and fire filling the body from a brown black sun in the cranial sphere. [All fire element letters are to be seen as suns shining in the head.] Since the right kidney is created from this virtue, also see this virtue shining forth from the right kidney. Hear the musical note of F and feel yourself having mastery over all the elements
Breathe out these radiations through the pores of the skin over the right kidney and fill the outer universe. When you breathe in, see these radiations from the outer universe enter through the same pores of the skin and fill your entire body.

Akasha: In the principle of consciousness penetrating all, the umlaut O oscillation evokes the most profound cognition which can only be brought about by love divine.
By the help of this a person gets to know all the possibilities of transformation of the spirit, all the systems and ways serving this end, and all knowledge concerning transformation in all other fields. He/she is informed about everything that, deriving from the act of creation, had to pass through all the mode of transformation to be reunited.
A person must attain all the faculties that are offered by this profound cognition made possible by Love Divine, in the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all, and must make use of all possibilities, in order to get convinced that they cannot be described by words, by must be experienced, lived through.
I have mentioned the letters unlaut A and unlaut O as the last ones in this series of exercises, because by the help of their virtues one is able to comprehend, from the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all, the crown of all wisdom in the micro- and macrocosms, from the act of creation to the present state of evolution, and even to the final development.

Mental: Evoked in the intellect, the virtue of profound cognition brought about by love divine gives the understanding of the transformation of ideas, virtues, etc. by the quabbalistically pronounced word, which is a very great and comprehensive field.

Astral emotional level: In the feelings, the virtue of profound cognition brought about by love divine develops the faculty of perfect astral projection and the mastery of all occult and magical phenomena that have reference to transformation, so that a person may, for instance, assume any desired vibration in the emotional body without being recognized by other beings and with only Divine Providence seeing through him/her. Apart from this, a person is able to transform any emotional oscillation into the oscillation he wants and to do the same with any element.

Material: When mastered in the physical body, the profound cognition brought about by love divine leads to perfect knowledge of quabbalistic alchemy in the material world.
A person is taught the true preparation and charging of the philosopher’s stone in the physical sense. He/she can influence, at will, any oscillation—atomic, oscillation, electronic oscillation- by quabbalah, and he/she is able to transform it into the oscillation desired by him/her.
Therefore he/she perfectly masters the laws of transmutation and is able to transform any metal into gold, any stone into a precious stone, etc. if desired. By the help of this virtue a person is furnished with many other faculties of which he/she cannot even dream now and which non-initiates would regard as absolutely impossible.
Umlaut O is dark orange, has the musical note of D-sharp, is the element of akashic-earth which has the sensation of weight penetrating everything. The ovaries and testicles are formed from this virtue of the profound cognition brought about by Love Divine. In healing, heal the left ovary first and then the right one.

G … The letter G symbolizes the virtue of divine grace and mercy.
In the physical world this virtue represents all phases of riches and wealth, of happiness and satisfaction.
By this virtue Divine Providence has created abundance and, like the Creator, a child of God may also bring about, for him or her self or other people, abundance in everything, should that be desired. On an emotional level this virtue gives the feeling of happiness, of complete satisfaction.
Situations may be created by means of the elements and the will and feelings causing success and wealth in the world that is for the highest good of all concerned. In the mind, this virtue gives the experience of peacefulness, and the faculty of givine true divine blessing.
The color is deep grass green. The element is water and has the sensation of chill. The musical note is F. The left eye is formed from this divine quality.

I … The sound of the letter I is the virtue of Cause and Effect.
In the akasha principle, which is the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all, this letter refers to fate, that is to the karma law, which is the law of cause and effect. All doings and all actions, all life, come under this law. The law of evolution is expressed by it.
On the mental level this is analogous to memory, remembrance and conscience.
On the feeling level , the astral matrix, which is the connecting link between the material body and the soul, or feelings, is controlled by the principle and laws of cause and effect.
On the material level the laws of analogy between the microcosm and the macrocosm is understood.
The meditation on the virtue of Cause and Effect enables mastery of the chief components of the material world, which are shape, measure, number and weight.
This virtue has a light opal color, the musical note of G, and is the element of earth, so it has the sensation of weight. The left kidney is formed from it.
The letter “I” [as in I AM] with its light opalescent color, representing the law of cause and effect, is the spiritual essence of the left kidney. This virtue is of the earth element, so it has the sensation of weight. The musical note is G.
